Guinness World Record

On Friday 24th June St. Clare’s Abbey became one of 75 venues to attempt to break the Guinness World Record ‘Largest Reading Lesson’.

It was a lovely occasion and we are anxiously awaiting the official results.

Many thanks to Miss Duffy and Mrs McParland who helped as Stewarts and Mrs Duffy and Mrs McShane who were our official witnesses.

A morning to remember!

We read chapter 1 of Harry Potter’s ‘The Deathly Hallows’. We did it as part of the Guinness World Record. I thought this morning was nerve wrecking to see if we were going to get it or not. Michael Comer (P5)
