If you go down to the woods today!
Mrs Davey's (Miss Friel's) class spent a magical afternoon in the woodland when they came across a very big surprise! A woodland fairy, named Flora, left the children a note telling them all about the woodland and some of the amazing adventures that they may have over the coming year! The class learnt about how special the woodland is and how they should treat it with respect at all times.
Flora also left the children a special magic door, to allow her to come and visit Primary Two in their classroom! The children finished their day by writing thank you letters and drawing pictures for Flora and leaving them at her special little door! I wonder will she have collected them by the time the children come into school tomorrow morning?
Mrs Davey's (Miss Friel's) class cannot wait to tell their other friends in Primary Two all about their wonderful experience and are waiting to hear what they get up to when they visit the woodland in the coming weeks!
