On Thursday 23rd May our Primary 4 children that had received the sacrament of First Holy Communion and our Primary 7 Confirmande lead our annual school May Procession. A most treasured tradition in our school. We offer most sincere thanks to our School Chaplain Sister Rosemary that lead our Rosary and prayer, and to all our children and parents for joining in with May hymns. One of our Primary 4 children had the honour of crowning Mary with our flower garland. Sincere thanks to the huge number of parents, guardians and grandparents for attending and to all the children and parents that brought flowers for the May altars throughout the school and forest- we hope you spotted them along the route, we had the most beautiful displays! It was truly a joyous afternoon for all in St Clare’s Abbey.
