This month in Miss Friel’s class we have been focusing on our preparations for Holy Week and Easter!
We have been learning about Trocaire and how we can help others who are less fortunate than ourselves.
We have been revising the stories of Holy Week and Sr Rosemary came to talk to us about the stations of the cross!
We have been having lots of fun making our Easter crafts and enjoying an Easter egg hunt!
In Roots of Empathy we have learnt some sign language and have been studying how babies can communicate without use words! We have enjoyed using our new skills in our everyday lives!
After the Easter break we will be embarking on Term Three of Primary Two! I cannot believe at how much the children have achieved so far this year and I am looking forward to seeing all the lovely things that are to come in the summer term!
