It is hard to believe that April is now over and we have only two more months together in Primary 2!
This month has been filled with music and creativity as we composed our own piece of music entitled "The Haunted House". I was just so impressed at the boys and girls attention and listening skills, as they stayed so focused watching for each little reminder throughout the performance. I was honestly amazed at the creativity and suggestions the children had when we started putting our music together. We persevered with our practising and thoroughly enjoyed working together.
Our writing has just continued to develop so so well. During Literacy lessons I am so excited to see the boys and girls use picture dictionaries, check the word wall for spelling and most of all write as much as they can all by themselves.
Numeracy continues to progress aswell as we are learning all of our number bonds as best we can for going into Primary 3. We love to play "Pop to the shops, bus stop, scaredycat and traffic jam" as they help us use our maths skills without even realising it!
