January has been a very, busy month with lots of fantastic learning in Primary 2. The boys and girls went on a nature walk and discovered a mysterious egg in our woodland area. We investigated the egg and then made wonderful predictions about what was inside the egg! The Primary 2 girls and boys are fantastic at creative writing. Some children thought it was a dinosaur egg, others suggested it was an alien from outer space!
In Numeracy we were learning all about addition and subtraction, practising using different techniques to add and subtract. We had lots of fun.
Another exciting part of January was getting our user names and passwords for Bug Club. We love to read in Primary 2, and so the girls and boys absolutely love having lots of exciting e-Books to read on the computer and on the iPads.
