We have started to blend the sounds we know to make CVC words. (pat, sat, pit, sit)
We use the iPads to reinforce our sounds and are working hard on our high frequency words. We enjoy popping the word balloons on the interactive board and playing pass the parcel with the high frequency words. This also helps us with turn taking.
In Numeracy we have worked on numbers 5, 6, 7, 8, been introduced to the mathematical terms long, short, longer, shorter and enjoyed using games on the whiteboard to consolidate our knowledge.
From the beginning of November we have been going to Assembly on a Friday.
We continue to play in the school forest and remember the rules and boundaries.
Anti Bullying week this year was 13 - 17 November. We entered our school competition and completed wonderful drawings showing, How to be a good friend.
