On Thursday 28th September we welcomed over 300 families into school for an evening of fun and information. Whilst the pupils enjoyed movies and treats the parents attended a range of information sessions. We are thrilled that so many could attend and the school council has suggested that we host 'movie night' every month, we'll have to think about that!!!!! Parental feedback has shown that they enjoyed the sessions, especially the overview of all that the year ahead involved and the tips for helping their child. Several parents completed evaluations, thank you, we will use the outcomes of these to help meet your needs.
In St Clare's Abbey we can genuinely see that each child attains more when school and home work together, your presence on Thursday evening has been a wonderful start to the 2017/18 school year.
