Planting in Primary 2 Miss Rocks

This term we have planted daffodil and crocus bulbs. We talked in class about the difference between bulbs and seeds and looked closely at where the roots and shoots would grow from. Outside we made sure that the hole we dug was ‘just deep enough’ before planting our bulbs and covering them to keep them warm for the winter. We know that plants need warmth, water and light to grow.
