Primary 3 Outdoor Learning

Primary 3 continue their outdoor learning in our forest by constructing forts, dens and role play areas. This week saw the creation of a swing, a swimming pool, a shop and different varieties of forts. The children are so engaged in their learning and it is obvious that they are thinking and planning their work in advance of their visits. There is so much discussion between the children as they decide how to make their structure better- with greater stability or indeed with more wind and rain proofing. It was obvious to see how the children can use their knowledge of length and weight to great effect! Well done P3!
