Primary One Outdoor Play

During March and April Primary one have been learning through play outside in a fun and exciting way.

The children have experienced playing in the sun and the rain, compared how the soil feels when it is dry and wet, found different ways of transporting water to make a lake, mud pies and pools to float their boats. These tasks help the children understand measures and balance.

During the good weather they were learning how to climb trees.
