Relax Kids Week 2

Dear Parents/Carers

Welcome back to this weeks relax kids. We are now beginning to realise the impact Coronavirus is having on everyone.

I hope you found last weeks resources helpful and that they brought a sense of calm to everyone at home.

This week I have added a meditation, and have recorded it on an audio below. In my view, relaxation is very important for our mental health and wellbeing and especially that of our precious children. This could be really useful before bedtime. The children (family) simply lie down with a soft blanket or duvet, ask them to be very quiet, listen carefully and use their imagination. Allow a few minutes to get settled, then start the audio. On completing the meditation your children will feel relaxed, calm and peaceful💜

I have also added some art activities on how you can train yourself to draw, using numbers.

Please continue to use the exercise cards and affirmation cards. Your children will get great benefit from them.
