Week 5
Dear Parents/Carers/Children
Hello to everyone and I hope you are all well and enjoying the beautiful sunshine â˜€ï¸ It is making these times a little gentler on us all. We are still restricted to staying at home so a little gentle movement is vital for everyone.
This week we are working on, the 3rd step of Relax Kids which is Stretch. These stretches are adapted to be effective and none strenuous for children.
The Benefits of Stretching:
Promotes balance and inner calm
Improves circulation and boosts our immune system
Reduce physical tension
Sharpens concentration
I have added ‘Shining Shells’ exercise to relax kids guidance below. You can also find more Calming exercises along with activities, affirmations and recorded meditations which you can also find in downloads , which you can use at anytime.
I hope you all enjoy Relax Kids this week. 💜🌈
