School Council meet NI Commissioner for Children and Young People

On Tuesday 16 April the school council represented St Clare’s Abbey at a big meeting in Newry Library. They had been invited to attend by the newly appointed  NI Commissioner for Children and Young People, Chris Quinn and they enjoyed the presentation he gave re the rights of all children.

I was very proud of our pupils’ intelligent conversation, careful listening and beautiful manners throughout.
