Today in school we have had lots of treats. We began the day by remembering St Patrick in a prayerful Assembly. We learned about his life and sang Hail Glorious St Patrick.
We had a visit from some All Ireland Champion musicians who performed for us at Assembly.
We also had the privilege of watching a World Champion Irish Dancer, Miss Malone, followed by some beautiful dancers from our own school. After this, we had year group Céili classes and a lesson in Irish Language too.
To top the day off we had a visit from some boys from St Colman’s College. They were a credit to their school and performed toe-tapping, spectacular music.
