World Book Day.

The children in Mrs Mc Keown/Mrs Mc Goldrick’s class had lots of fun on Thursday 5 March celebrating World Book Day. 

We had a parade in the hall and a mini disco. Later we had a paired reading session with the children from Mrs Mc Veigh’s P6/7 class. 

A very special thank you to everyone who helped the children get ready this morning. We appreciate your efforts.

It is important to celebrate World Book Day to encourage our children to have a love for books, authors and illustrators.
