World Book day

DEAR (Drop Everything and read)

As part of our school celebrations on World book day the children took part in many activities to promote reading & reading for pleasure. All pupils in our school took part in a paired reading session   DEAR (Drop Everything and read)

This was a  wonderful opportunity for the older pupils to read to the younger pupils & vice versa. 

All children thoroughly enjoyed the sessions.  The children are already looking forward to their next session!
