Miss Mallon’s class had a wonderful day celebrating World Down Syndrome Day. We joined in with the whole school fun and wore loads of socks and odd socks. We learned a little bit of Down Syndrome from Miss Mallon, with Caoimhe's help, using some lovely picture books.
We chatted about how we all come to school to learn different things and how it is so important to treat each other kindly and have patience with each other. The boys and girls chatted about why they love being friends with Caoimhe. Watch our video to see some of the fun!
