Canal Court chef visits the Nursery
6th May 2015
Niamh's Daddy is a chef. He brought lots of food to our Nursery.
Mr. Moore melted some chocolate.
We helped to prepare Rocky Road as a treat.
Mr. Moore used a special sharp chef's knife.
Budding little chefs.
We saw lots of fruit and vegetables.
Inspecting the fruit and vegetables.
Mr. Moore told us the names of the fruit and vegetables.
Just look at those seeds!
"It feels squishy."
Mr. Moore made really healthy smoothies for us. He put spinach, apples, passionfruit, cucumber and pineapple into them.
We saw Niamh's Dad crack open a coconut. The water came out.
Smelling a physalis.
I think the physalis tasted lovely.
It's time to taste that Rocky Road.
We enjoyed Mr. Moore's visit.
