We are the Numeracy monitors and we work with Mrs McGoldrick. Our main role is to raise the achievement and profile of numeracy within our school. We help to mentor some pupils within our school that use the Dynamo Maths programme. We help them to work on areas where they feel they are ‘stuck’ and we go over areas they are finding tricky. We also help to raise the profile of Numeracy within our schools by holding competitions and showcasing all the excellent numeracy work that it going on in our school. This is good fun.
