The Office staff rely on the Office Monitors to call early each morning to take the ‘Schedule of Daily Absence’ round to each class to check on the number of pupils in school each day. This is a very important job for many reasons.  If there is a fire drill in school, we rely on these numbers to ensure all pupils are accounted for at the Fire Assembly Point in the playground. 

The Office Monitors are also responsible for delivery messages from the office to staff/pupils throughout the school. 

Office Monitors also check all outside doors are closed securely after 9.00 am to ensure the school remains safe.
