💜 Kindness 💜
Reach out & fill this week with Kindness 💜
Kindness is the most beautiful quality anyone could ever have.
If you are kind to one person that you don’t tend to see, mainly because you’re not following them around all day, they are more likely to be kind or kinder to up to 5 people over the next day or so because of how you made them feel (Isn’t that so wonderful?)
Then each of those five people will likely be kind or kinder to another five people that’s 5x5, which is now 25 people.
Then each of those 25 people will be likely to be kind or kinder to 5 people. That’s 25x5, which is now 125 people
You will probably never meet those 125 people, yet their day is a little brighter all because of you being kind to that first person.
This is how kindness works!!
That is how much you can effect the world.
YOU make a much bigger difference than you think. Just by being kind.
5 benefits of kindness
- Kindness is good for our mental health
- Kindness is good for the heart
- Kindness improves our relationship with our friends
- Kindness is contagious
- Kindness makes us happy - when we do something kind for someone it makes us feel good too
These are simple natural side effects as a result of being kind.
