Amazing Gift For Children

One of the primary seven girls from St Clare's Abbey decided to help boys and girls by donating 14 inches of her beautiful long hair.

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs to boys and girls from 2 years old across Ireland and the UK that have sadly lost their hair through cancer treatment.

However, in addition they assist children with other conditions which also result in hair loss, the most common being alopecia. Their commitment to these children is huge also.

The big cut took place on Thursday 5th November and The Newry Democrat and Q Radio were there to record the brave event.
