Following the interest shown in the guided tours of the Cathedral over the past four years there will be a further series of guided tours of the Cathedral on the following Wednesdays:

Wednesday 19th July 7.00pm
Wednesday 16th August 2.00pm
Wednesday 30th August 7.00pm
The tour will take approximately 90 minutes. Please meet at the main door of the Cathedral. You will hear the story of the building of the Cathedral, 1825 -1829, and of the later extensions. The history of its stained glass, marble altars, sculptures and magniï¬cent mosaics will also be explained.
There is no charge for these tours.
