November in Mrs Doherty/Mrs Donnelly’s class

We had another busy month in P4! In numeracy we have been completing vertical addition and subtraction as well as work on handling data, shape and directional language. In Literacy we have been exploring alphabetical order, dictionary usage and play scripts. We are working on our WAU topic- buildings in Newry. Our class have created groups and each member has an important role to play- scribe, researcher, leader, artist, photographer. We are working really well as a team ⭐️. We have been busy preparing for the Sacrament of Reconciliation by learning songs and prayers as well as hearing Biblical stories 🙏.
