P4 WAU - World War II

Primary four are studying the topic of World War II in World Around Us. We have had lots of opportunities, both in class and at a recent visit to Bagenal’s Castle, to look at artefacts from this period in time. We have been learning about rationing, evacuation, black outs, fashion and games from this time. We have enjoyed lots of practical activities such as weighing out food to see the rations per person, creating our own identity cards and trying on gas masks!
