September Visit to Newry Market

Miss Duffy’s class went on a visit to Newry Market on Thursday morning. It was a lovely dry day and we were excited to see the different market stalls. We had a chat firstly to decide what we might see and what each stall might sell. We were right. It was a great morning looking at the different types of goods that were on sale and chatting to the stall owners. We saw lots of goods like clothes, food, pet food, flowers and ornaments. We met the owner of Philips who sold fruit and vegetables and Mr Curtis who owned the butchers. It was a fun morning.
