Making Porridge in Mrs Cribbin's room

14th Oct 2016

The Primary one children have been working on the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears during literacy lessons this week. On Friday morning the children helped to make porridge and had it for their healthy snack. The adults were delighted that the majority of children liked porridge and it was lovely to see most of the children adding banana, blueberries or grapes or a mixture of all three to their porridge.

Thank you to every child for showing excellent attention and listening and turn taking skills during the lesson.

We did not have to go for a walk to let our porridge cool down. Adding cold milk and stiring it in daddy bear's bowl worked!
